Ark Relief: Syria's Ongoing Crisis
What began as a decade-long war was compounded by a devastating earthquake in February 2023. For over ten years, millions of Syrians have known no comfort. Once vibrant towns and cities have become desolate ghost zones. This conflict has claimed nearly half a million lives and left millions struggling for survival in refugee camps throughout Turkey and the Middle East. At Ark Relief, we are actively working in many of these camps, providing lifesaving food and financial assistance to help families rebuild their lives.
When considering your donation, remember that over 13 million Syrians are displaced and rely solely on the support of compassionate individuals like us to escape their dire circumstances. We must persist in our efforts to help them rebuild their lives. Insha’Allah, in the coming years, they will return to their homes, restore their communities, and, most importantly, reclaim their lives. We ask Allah to support our Syrian brothers and sisters facing these hardships.
13 Million Syrians Await Our Support
A man-made crisis has pushed this beautiful country and its people to the edge. The magnitude of this crisis is unimaginable, and visiting these camps reveals why organizations like Ark Relief urgently seek donations to assist Syrians in need. These 13 million individuals require food assistance every month. Alhamdulillah, with Allah’s help and your generous contributions, we are able to regularly distribute food in these camps. However, the challenges are escalating. As the population grows and conditions worsen, many men are losing their lives, leaving behind widowed wives and orphaned children.

In Ramadan, you can participate in the Ramadan Food Appeal, Ramadan Zakat Appeal, Donate Your Fidyah, Donate Your Fitrana, and Pay Your Kaffarah for breaking an oath or fast, particularly during the sacred nights of Laylatul Qadr.
